Levelling Soil Hill

Graham came at 9am to level Soil Hill with his bobcat. He drove down the RHS over the water tank slab and levelled out the back a little. Not up to any of the fences. Some clearance was left so we don't have to make any retaining walls as yet.

 Was chatting to one of the neighbours Lucy for so long I forgot to take pics when he started. He's almost done here.


The gate was left unlocked so I took the opportunity to get to know my slab close up.

I found my bins! Very happy to report I was wrong, lucky no-one took me up on the bet. They got dumped right next to the fence where my blind spot was from the balcony vantage point. The yellow one is up the front hidden by some fabric.

The bank still hasn't approved my loan!

I have a sign at the front declaring the private certifier our builder uses.
